Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are an established, 30+ year mechanical contractor seeking a skilled technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain a mix of HVAC systems, with a primary focus on commercial and industrial equipment alongside select multifamily and residential projects.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial rooftop units, split systems, exhaust fans, and residential/multifamily heating and cooling equipment.

• Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance to maximize system efficiency and prevent downtime.

• Interact professionally with commercial property managers, building engineers, and residential tenants.

• Work across major manufacturer brands (Carrier, Trane, York, Bryant, etc.).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial experience required; residential/multifamily experience a strong plus).

• EPA Universal Certification (required).

• Clean, valid driver’s license (required for take-home vehicle).

• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
