HVAC Service Technician

About the Opportunity

Aaron & Trecker is looking for a dependable and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. While HVAC experience is important, we place an even greater emphasis on attitude, reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

We are looking for someone who shows up on time, is ready to work, follows instructions, and takes pride in seeing a job through to completion. The right candidate should be willing to expand their skills and learn both residential and commercial HVAC work.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

•1–3 years of HVAC experience in service and installations

•Minimum experience performing residential maintenance on split systems, including gas furnaces and air conditioning systems, or commercial maintenance on rooftop units (RTUs)

•Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions

•Strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned jobs

•Comfortable and proficient working with ladders

•Must live within approximately 15 miles of Lake Zurich, IL

•Stable work history

•EPA Universal Certification & Active driver’s license in good standing – Required

Compensation

•Up to $25/hour, depending on experience

•Commission on equipment sales

•SPIFFs on accessory and membership sales
