What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, and indoor air quality products).

  • Perform thorough system checks and present homeowners with clear, upfront options for repairs or equipment replacement.

  • Install or recommend indoor air quality (IAQ) upgrades, smart home devices, and duct modifications when beneficial to the client.

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience that upholds a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" standard.

  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule to support local families when they need it most.

What We are Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician (mostly residential focus).

  • Strong technical knowledge of gas furnaces, central air conditioning units, and heat pumps.

  • Excellent communication skills—ability to explain complex technical issues to homeowners in a simple, consultative way.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for the take-home van).

  • EPA certification required; NATE certification is a major plus.

  • A customer-first mindset that aligns with a high-integrity, family-focused company culture.
