**What You'll Do as an HVAC Service Technician

**

• Provide an outstanding customer experience that emphasizes upfront communication, educating customers on options, and serving others.
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues
• Perform maintenance and system optimization
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Support and mentor other technicians

**What We're Looking For

**

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of U.S. driving experience is required for this role
