HVAC Service Technician

Earning Potential: $80,000 to $120,000+ per year

Base Pay: $30 to $40 per hour + Overtime + Performance Bonuses

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a growing residential and light commercial HVAC company in the Albany, GA market. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, gas furnace, and heat pump issues

• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune ups

• Service split systems, package units, furnaces, rooftop units, and air handlers

• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, evacuations, and startups

• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers

• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately

• Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle and appearance

• Follow EPA, safety, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred

• EPA Certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

• Residential HVAC service experience preferred

• Understanding of airflow, static pressure, superheat, and subcooling

• Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule efficiently

• Strong customer communication and relationship building skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred Experience

• Gas furnace diagnostics

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Low voltage controls

• Refrigeration cycle knowledge

• Package units and rooftop equipment

• ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software experience is a plus
