**What You'll Do

**

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with quality, efficiency, and professionalism

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that consistently exceed expectations

• Recommend value-added solutions that help customers keep their homes comfortable, clean, and protected

• Maintain an organized company vehicle and manage parts inventory effectively

• Follow safety and quality standards on every service call

**What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED

• EPA Type II Certification or EPA Universal Certification

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using diagnostic and repair tools

• Ability to follow processes and deliver high-quality workmanship

• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile technology for work orders and parts ordering

• Valid driver's license for the state in which you work

• Ability to successfully complete background and drug screening requirements
