What You'll Do
- Travel to customer homes in a company-provided service vehicle
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
- Deliver quality repairs with safety and professionalism
- Educate customers on repair options and solutions
- Maintain truck inventory and manage parts efficiently
- Complete service documentation using a mobile device
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with HVAC service and repair preferred
- Ability to safely use diagnostic and repair tools
- Ability to follow procedures and deliver quality workmanship
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile technology
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
