What You'll Do

• Travel to customer homes in a company-provided service vehicle
• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
• Deliver quality repairs with safety and professionalism
• Educate customers on repair options and solutions
• Maintain truck inventory and manage parts efficiently
• Complete service documentation using a mobile device

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with HVAC service and repair preferred
• Ability to safely use diagnostic and repair tools
• Ability to follow procedures and deliver quality workmanship
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile technology
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
