**What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with quality, efficiency, and professionalism
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that consistently exceed expectations
Recommend value-added solutions that help customers keep their homes comfortable, clean, and protected
Maintain an organized company vehicle and manage parts inventory effectively
Follow safety and quality standards on every service call

**What You'll Bring

**

High School Diploma or GED
EPA Type II Certification or EPA Universal Certification
Mechanical aptitude and experience using diagnostic and repair tools
Ability to follow processes and deliver high-quality workmanship
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile technology for work orders and parts ordering
Valid driver's license for the state in which you work
Ability to successfully complete background and drug screening requirements
