HVAC Sales Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus (Total Compensation $150,000–$200,000+)

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing residential sales team. If you're passionate about coaching Comfort Advisors, driving revenue, improving close rates, and building a winning culture, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Comfort Advisors and in-home sales professionals
• Drive sales performance through coaching, ride-alongs, and accountability
• Improve close rates, average ticket size, and overall team revenue
• Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, conversion rates, and team performance
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop new sales talent
• Partner with Service, Install, and Operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Utilize ServiceTitan to monitor reporting, opportunities, and sales performance
• Conduct regular sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Help develop sales strategies that support continued company growth
• Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC sales leadership experience
• Experience managing Comfort Advisors or in-home HVAC sales teams
• Proven history of coaching teams and increasing sales performance
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC replacement sales
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar home service software preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
