We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused HVAC field technician to service our rapidly growing, loyal client base in Northeast Ohio.

Core Work Responsibilities

• Preventative System Care: Tune up, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems according to our daily schedule.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues on specialized systems, including heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-end communicating systems.
• Client Consultations: Talk directly with homeowners to explain system issues, present repair options, and build long-term trust.
• Service Audits: Keep clear, accurate digital logs of the work you complete each day.
• Operational Compliance: Follow all field safety guidelines and drive the company service vehicle safely.

Required Candidate Qualifications

• Field Tenure: 5+ years of hands-on experience running residential HVAC service calls.
• Technical Skillset: Strong troubleshooting skills with all types of residential systems.
• Driver Status: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Credentials: EPA Universal certification or OSHA 10 is highly preferred.
• Educational Baseline: High school diploma or equivalent.
