HVAC Residential Service Technician
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation:
$65000 to $150000 plus annually based on performance
Top technicians earn well into six figures

What You Will Be Doing
Run residential HVAC service calls throughout the Fort Worth area
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems
Perform maintenance and system tune ups with strong attention to detail
Communicate clearly with homeowners and present repair or replacement options
Document all work using mobile software such as ServiceTitan
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
Follow safety standards and company processes on every job
Participate in ongoing training and team development
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
Valid Texas HVAC license and EPA certification
Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Professional communication and customer facing ability
Comfortable using mobile technology and field service software
Performance driven mindset with a desire to grow income
Schedule
Monday through Friday with rotating day and evening shifts
On call rotation approximately once per month
Optional weekend work available for additional income
