Signing Bonus: $1,000 total — paid in $250 installments at your 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year anniversaries.
Schedule: Day shift only, no weekends required.
- Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Fri: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Optional OT Saturdays, 6–10 AM
What You'll Do
- Assemble HVAC and refrigeration systems, subassemblies, and components
- Solder copper tubing
- Read blueprints and specs to build to standard
- Troubleshoot and diagnose defects in components and equipment
- Calibrate and maintain test/production equipment
- Document build procedures
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specs (English)
- Self-motivated, works well independently
- Reliable — on the floor and ready at 6:00 AM
- Copper soldering experience a plus
- EPA 608 Certification a plus
