A rapidly growing mechanical services organization is seeking a high-performing Service Project Sales Representative to drive revenue across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This role focuses on selling HVAC service-based projects including equipment replacements, retrofits, system upgrades, and compliance work. You’ll have access to an existing client base, strong field support, and the ability to turn identified needs into closed revenue.
Compensation & Perks
$80K–$130K base salary + uncapped commission
Top performers earning $300K–$500K+
$900/month vehicle allowance + fuel card
$75/month phone allowance
3-month ramp-up period
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a territory within the DFW market by identifying and closing service project opportunities
Partner closely with service technicians and field leadership to uncover issues and convert them into sold work
Meet with building owners, property managers, and contractors to assess needs and present solutions
Perform job walks, develop scopes, build estimates, and deliver proposals
Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity through close
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
What You Bring
Experience in HVAC service sales, mechanical contracting, or related industry
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, retrofits, and service-driven projects
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
Ability to communicate effectively with both field teams and decision-makers
Self-driven, competitive mindset with a focus on performance and income growth
