We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, with a primary focus in Scottsdale. This role is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple HVAC installation and retrofit projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, field crews, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Review project specifications, contracts, blueprints, and submittals.
- Order and track materials, equipment, and resources.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Prepare project reports, change orders, and documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in the HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC, Mechanical, or Construction Management background.
- Experience with commercial tenant improvements, new construction, and retrofit projects.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
