Job Description

Seeking a Lead HVAC Technician/Supervisor to oversee HVAC service operations, troubleshoot and repair systems, and guide a team of technicians. Must have strong hands-on HVAC experience, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure quality service and efficient daily operations.

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
