Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• EPA Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
