| HVAC Systems - Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including:
- Air handlers
- Rooftop units
- Chillers
- Split systems
- Exhaust and ventilation systems
- Environmental control units
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities on HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related HVAC issues.
- Monitor and optimize HVAC performance to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain temperature, humidity, and ventilation systems for process and personnel comfort requirements.
Instrumentation and Controls - Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain process instrumentation including:
- Pressure transmitters
- Temperature transmitters
- Flow meters
- Level instruments
- Analytical equipment
- Troubleshoot PLC and process control systems.
- Configure and maintain instrumentation communication networks.
- Verify instrument accuracy and perform loop checks.
- Analyze equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Electrical Systems - Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems up to facility voltage requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical assets.
General Maintenance - Perform routine inspections and document findings.
- Complete work orders and maintenance records utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and plant turnarounds.
- Participate in root cause failure analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Assist with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and system modifications.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of work areas.
Safety Responsibilities - Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and permit requirements.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and confined space requirements.
- Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in safety meetings, audits, and training programs.
- Report unsafe conditions and corrective actions promptly.
