Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Installer / Service Technician to join our growing Client in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Since 2005, our Client has provided residential and commercial HVAC services throughout Northeast Arkansas, specializing in installation, repair, maintenance, mini-split systems, geothermal systems, heat pumps, and indoor air quality solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and commission residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related components
• Install and service heat pumps, mini-split systems, geothermal systems, and indoor air quality equipment
• Inspect HVAC systems and recommend repairs or replacement options
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Test system performance and ensure proper operation after installation or repair
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommendations
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC installation and/or service experience REQUIRED
• EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and service procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Arkansas HVAC License (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with geothermal systems, mini-splits, and commercial HVAC equipment
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• Experience with Carrier equipment and controls

Schedule
