Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and develop effective installation plans.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with installations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or installer.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification is a plus.
