About the Role:

As ourHVAC Install Lead Technician, you’ll take charge of system replacements and installations (residential only—no new construction or commercial jobs). You’ll be the go-to expert on your team, ensuring top-quality installs and training the next generation of HVAC techs. Every day, you’ll deliver excellent service with a customer-first approach.

A Typical Day Might Include:

• Leading a residential HVAC installation from start to finish
• Working closely with an HVAC Helper, coaching them and supporting their growth
• Communicating clearly with homeowners, offering guidance and system maintenance tips
• Adjusting installation strategies as needed to stay efficient and effective
• Delivering service with pride, professionalism, and safety at the forefront

What You Bring to the Team:

• 3+ years of HVAC experience, with leadership or supervisory skills
• EPA Universal License
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
