General Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing HVAC systems that meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of heating and cooling systems for residential new construction projects across the continental United States.

System Design

Develop comprehensive HVAC system designs using Right Suite Universal software.
Perform heating and cooling load calculations for residential homes across diverse U.S. geographies.
Size and select appropriate HVAC equipment in accordance with ACCA Manual S.
Assist in achieving target duct testing volumes within designs.

Code Compliance

Ensure all HVAC designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of materials and field applications.
