HVAC Comfort Advisor (In-Home Sales)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Compensation: $150,000 to $250,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing HVAC Comfort Advisor who is ready to take their earnings to the next level. This is a commission-only role designed for experienced sales professionals who are confident in their ability to close and want unlimited earning potential.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step in and produce immediately as we head into peak season.

What You Will Do

Conduct in-home sales consultations and provide homeowners with system recommendations based on their needs

Present and sell HVAC systems using a consultative approach focused on value and trust

Run company-provided leads while also generating referral and repeat business

Work closely with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to completion

Represent the company professionally in the field and within the local community

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2+ years of HVAC in-home sales or Comfort Advisor experience

Strong understanding of HVAC systems including heat pumps, straight cool systems, and efficiency ratings

Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue consistently

Experience with ServiceTitan, Nexstar, or similar platforms is a plus

Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a commission-only environment

Valid driver’s license and clean background
