Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on chiller systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues related to HVAC chillers.
• Install new chiller systems and components as needed.
• Conduct system inspections and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, specifically with chiller systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
