About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on HVAC pro who’s just as comfortable fine-tuning systems as they are installing the finishing touches. If you take pride in doing things right the first time and know your way around blowers, motors, and electrical panels — we want to hear from you.

This role is the perfect blend of quality control and final-phase installation. You'll be the last set of eyes (and hands) on our systems before they head out the door or get up and running — making sure everything’s safe, solid, and running smooth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Test and inspect HVAC systems to make sure they meet performance and safety standards

  • Install final components like blowers, motors, and electrical panels

  • Double-check electrical connections, refrigerant levels, airflow, and system functionality

  • Catch and correct issues before they become problems

  • Keep detailed records of inspections, test results, and installation work

  • Follow safety guidelines and code requirements

  • Work closely with the team to keep things moving on time

What You Bring:

  • A 1–2 year HVAC degree or technical diploma (required)

  • Hands-on experience in HVAC installation or service (2+ years preferred)

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

  • A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to doing quality work

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

  • EPA certification is a plus!

What to Expect:

You’ll be working in a mix of shop and field environments, using your skills to make sure every install meets our high standards. You’ll get the tools, training, and support you need to do your best work — and have a team that’s got your back.
