Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems.
• Learn to diagnose HVAC issues and troubleshoot problems under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Participate in routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding service updates and recommendations.
• Complete necessary training and coursework as required for apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components is a plus, but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills in the HVAC field.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
