Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble air ducts and sheet metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize various tools and machinery, including shears, brakes, and plasma cutters, to produce high-quality products.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all fabricated items meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving fabrication issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC fabrication techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC or sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
• Proven experience in HVAC fabrication or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal properties and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using hand tools and machinery specific to sheet metal work.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
