Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to join our team in Grantsburg, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our HR and benefit functions and payroll processes, ensuring that our employees are supported and compensated accurately. Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll issues.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Audit payroll and benefits.
- Prepare labor reports and reconcile to general ledger
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- General accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
