Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to join our team in Grantsburg, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our HR and benefit functions and payroll processes, ensuring that our employees are supported and compensated accurately. Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Audit payroll and benefits.
  • Prepare labor reports and reconcile to general ledger

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
