Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities

  1. Fully responsible for factory recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, labor contracts, and employee records management.
  2. Manage employee attendance, payroll coordination, and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
  3. Oversee employee relations, handle labor disputes, and organize employee engagement initiatives.
  4. Organize employee onboarding, safety training, job skills training, and corporate culture activities.
  5. Ensure compliance with U.S. and Texas labor laws, as well as OSHA workplace safety regulations.
  6. Coordinate administrative support, office procurement, and daily factory administrative operations.

Job Requirements

  1. 5+ years of HR management experience in U.S.-based companies.
  2. Familiar with Texas labor laws and employment regulations.
  3. Proficient in payroll systems; ADP experience is preferred.
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle employee relations and labor disputes effectively.
  5. Knowledge of OSHA workplace safety compliance and ability to support factory safety management.
