Job Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for factory recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, labor contracts, and employee records management.
- Manage employee attendance, payroll coordination, and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
- Oversee employee relations, handle labor disputes, and organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize employee onboarding, safety training, job skills training, and corporate culture activities.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Texas labor laws, as well as OSHA workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinate administrative support, office procurement, and daily factory administrative operations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of HR management experience in U.S.-based companies.
- Familiar with Texas labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in payroll systems; ADP experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle employee relations and labor disputes effectively.
- Knowledge of OSHA workplace safety compliance and ability to support factory safety management.
