About the Job

Our Human Resources Rotational Program provides high potential, early in career individuals with the opportunity to contribute to Bose's strategic vision while accelerating their HR career through a variety of learning experiences over a two-year period.

Participants will receive hands-on work experiences through rotations in three, high-impact, functional areas such as Human Resources Business Partnering, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, amongst other HR functional areas.

Upon program completion, participants will have gained hands-on HR experience and a valuable understanding of our global HR operations, and the important and strategic role HR plays in the Company’s overall success.

All positions will be based out of the Bose Corporate Headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts performing HR work that spans across the enterprise with potential to do rotations in other US office locations.

Qualifications:

Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree, MS in Human Resources preferred.

0-2 years relevant work experience.

Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently to influence internal customers and partners through data and sound reasoning.

Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking/sound judgement.

Ability to identify ways to improve the current state.

A natural curiosity to learn about various HR teams, and the ability to apply learned skills to be an effective business partner to advance the Company’s people strategies.

Ability to plan, organize and implement process improvements and/or projects.

Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Products.

Demonstrable track record of success and results.
