Are you looking to use your knowledge and experience to Manage all aspects of site Human Resources with a high level of customer focus?

The Pall Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing Human Resources and Labor Relations support to the Pall Cortland manufacturing site. Participates in and supports the development and implementation of labor relations policies, programs and services, including the relationship with local UAW Leadership. Responsible for the implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, legal compliance, employee engagement, and communications.

This position is part of the Human Resources Organization and will be based in Cortland, New York.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Delivers training programs in compliance with corporate training initiatives, including annual compliance training.
  • Drives recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns/Co-Ops, and temporary employees.
  • Participates in long-term planning and implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement as it relates to labor relations. Provides training and coaching to all levels of management on labor relations.
  • Advises associates and leaders on new changes to the Company's policies and practices.
  • Implements and annually updates labor relations program in accordance with corporate guidelines; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; administers the local labor agreement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 years' experience in human resources with labor relations focus.
  • Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with all levels of management and employees.

Master’s degree in human resources, Industrial / Labor Relations or related field is preferred.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Collective Bargaining Agreement administration experience.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
