We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Houston team and help drive our continued growth.

Reporting to our HR Director, the HR Manager will serve as a key partner supporting both our Houston office and field service operations across multiple states. You will support a broad range of HR functions — from payroll and benefits administration to employee relations and compliance — while helping build scalable people processes in a fast-paced, field-service environment.

▸ Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the organization
▸ Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration using Paycom
▸ Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding across multiple locations and states
▸ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across a multistate footprint
▸ Partner with the HR Director and leadership team on policy development, employee relations, and HR initiatives
▸ Support field service teams and managers with day-to-day HR needs
▸ Travel to field locations and other offices as needed (~20%)

▸ 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in field service, trades, or a similarly dynamic environment
▸ Hands-on experience with Paycom — REQUIRED
▸ Demonstrated experience managing payroll and administering employee benefits
▸ Background supporting a multistate organization with a distributed or field-based workforce
▸ Comfortable with ~20% travel to support field locations
▸ Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
