We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist in State College, PA who wants to join a fast-paced, high growth company! The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, employee relations, and payroll. This person will be the initial point of contact in the HR department and will assist with recruitment, new hire onboarding, benefits administration, engagement initiatives, as well as other duties. This is a true Generalist role that will promote the ability to learn all aspects of the Human Resources function. Don’t have experience in all aspects of HR? No problem, we will train the right person!

Education, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 3 or more years’ of experience in an HR or Recruiting role preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local laws
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, problem solving aptitude
