Position Overview:

This position is for a Human Resources co-op position.

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work both on and offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with projects and assignments related to annual HR processes (including but not limited to: Strategic Planning, Performance Impact, Leadership Development Reviews, Compensation Planning and Employee Engagement surveys).

  • Communicates with parties inside and outside of the HR function

  • Manages elements of diversity, recruiting and retention strategy, efforts and programs

  • Project work as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure in time-sensitive situations and manage projects of various scope

  • Experience with Workday HR System

  • Experience in the aerospace industry or manufacturing environment
