WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

  • Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees
  • Partner with assigned business groups and advise managers related to leadership, compensation, performance and labor law topics
  • Delivery of Human Resources operational processes such as recruiting, onboarding,
  • benefit administration, pay reviews and off boarding. Interface with Payroll

  • Facilitate delivery of global HR programs locally to promote a professional and enjoyed

  • Workplace

  • Facilitate or lead change initiatives

  • Represent your business groups’ requirements and Human Resources interest when

  • collaborating with the Works Council

  • Support HR alignment by collaborating with HR teams across the business to drive consistent execution of HR services.

  • YOU HAVE:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven, progressing HRBP experience, ideally in an international matrix

  • environment

  • Fluent in German and good English both written and spoken

  • Proven experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements and Works Councils

  • Operational Excellence – Demonstrated abilities as a broad HR generalist with limited

  • supervision, including knowledge and understanding of legal employment and collective

    requirements to act as a subject matter expert

  • Influence – Demonstrate the ability to energize the organization, influence decisions and guide

  • management

  • Result oriented – Strong business acumen and analytical mindset. Proven ability to follow

  • through and prioritize
