The Human Resources Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Training functions by providing administrative support, records management, employee support, and training coordination. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and internal stakeholders; supports recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinates training assignments, and ensures HR and training documentation is maintained in accordance with applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications
Preferred
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Prior LMS experience (i.e., Noverant)
Experience working in a regulated industry, including FDA or DEA regulated environments
Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment
Other Qualifications
Pay Range: $52,000-$72,500/yr.
Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
