We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to support and lead day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in employee lifecycle management, workplace compliance, performance initiatives, and overall office administration.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and capable of balancing both strategic HR responsibilities and operational execution while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Lead and manage full-cycle HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records administration
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, benefits coordination, and HRIS data accuracy
Assist in developing and implementing performance management processes, employee evaluations, and workplace policies
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns while promoting a positive employee experience
Coordinate new hire orientation programs, compliance training, safety initiatives, and employee engagement activities
Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including Texas labor laws and OSHA workplace safety standards
Partner with leadership teams to support workforce planning, organizational development, and HR best practices
Oversee office administration functions, vendor coordination, office supply management, and daily operational support for the facility
Maintain confidential employee information and ensure HR documentation is handled accurately and professionally
5+ years of Human Resources experience within U.S.-based organizations, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments
Strong understanding of Texas employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance requirements
Experience supporting payroll administration and HR systems; ADP experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs within manufacturing or factory environments
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
Bilingual language skills are a plus, but not required
Experience supporting manufacturing or factory operations
Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, production, and leadership teams
Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
