Scope:
Talent Acquisition & Onborading- Mange full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skill trade positions
Employee Relations- Serve as primary point of contact for employee related matters
Compliance & Policy Adminstration- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEO, AAP, etc)
Compensation & Benefits- Adminster payroll in coordination with Finance, ensure accuracy and timeliness
Performance Management & Training- Assit in identifying training needs and coordinate compliance, skills and leadership development programs
HR Administration & Reporting- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, BA, or a related field
3-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial
Working knowledge of HR best practices
Experience managing benefits and payroll
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong inerpersonal, communication, and conflict resolutions skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
