Scope:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onborading- Mange full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skill trade positions

    • Develop structured onboarding programs to improve new hire experience
  • Employee Relations- Serve as primary point of contact for employee related matters

    • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values
  • Compliance & Policy Adminstration- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEO, AAP, etc)

    • Support on maintenance and updates of the employee handbook, job descriptions, and HR policies
    • Mangage OSHA recordkeeping, workers' compensation claims, and safety program support
  • Compensation & Benefits- Adminster payroll in coordination with Finance, ensure accuracy and timeliness

    • Manage employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and leaves of absence
    • Support periodic compensation benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness
  • Performance Management & Training- Assit in identifying training needs and coordinate compliance, skills and leadership development programs

    • Assist supervisors with performance improvement plans
  • HR Administration & Reporting- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership (headcount, etc)
    • Payroll Processing cycle

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, BA, or a related field

  • 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial

  • Working knowledge of HR best practices

  • Experience managing benefits and payroll

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong inerpersonal, communication, and conflict resolutions skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Experience supporting a workforce that includes both production/hourly and salaried employees
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety programs
