Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance regulations.
- Experience in employer branding and using social media platforms for recruiting.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving recruiting metrics.
