Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Onboarding:
- Run the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and coordinating with other departments.
- Ensure that new hires are successfully integrated into the company and have a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
