Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Onboarding:

    • Run the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and coordinating with other departments.
    • Ensure that new hires are successfully integrated into the company and have a smooth transition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
