Human Resources Project Manager
The HR Project Manager manages unique projects within the Human Resource team to impact recruitment, retention, employee communication, employee engagement survey, community fund raisers and improvements to internal HR processes.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Salina, KS.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Employee Engagement Survey process including communication of the survey to employees. Create the process to gather feedback, analysis the feedback and develop a summary of suggestions. Collaborate with HR Manager to develop a communication plan and create a process to gather suggestions for action items to respond to employee feedback. Track results of action taken and coordinate follow up feedback on response.
- Manage the automated employee review processes quarterly for hourly employees and annually for hourly and salary employees.
- Manage the implementation of Everbridge employee communication system. Research and implement enhancements to utilize this communication platform.
- Manage updates and changes to the Employee Handbook. Communicate changes to employees and manage employee acknowledgement of changes in HRIS.
- Research HRIS options to improve the following resources for HR team:
- Recruitment measures
- Performance Appraisal form development and management
- Learning Management System
- Automate Annual Performance Goal tracking and attainment
- Succession Planning platform
- Benefit link to vendors
- Analytics such as turnover, attendance, etc. to assist managers and leadership
- Facilitate Community Sponsorship and Donation Drives for United Way Campaign, Project Salina, Christmas Toy Drive, etc.
- Manage the Cintas Uniform payroll deduction program.
- Manage the PPE Safety Glasses and Steel Toe Shoe Reimbursement program.
- Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands, and/or work environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in managing projects, proven results and HRIS systems.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel spreadsheets to include formulas and pivot tables.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential data and information.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
