HR Manager | $50,000 – $60,000 annually
Marion, IL | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Drive recruiting efforts and build lasting applicant pipelines
• Manage onboarding, promotions, and employee recognition
• Partner with colleges, universities, and community organizations to find top talent
• Support leadership in staffing, training, and long-term recruitment strategies
• Keep safety and compliance on track (OSHA logs, incident trends, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales & management on HR and marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training
• Strong communicator with leadership abilities
• Warehouse or manufacturing background a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4 years relevant experience)
