Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and more. You’ll work closely with HR professionals and leadership, gaining exposure to real-world HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in our HR systems.
  • Assist in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, screening resumes, coordinating with candidates).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Assist with HR policy updates, training materials, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a      related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):

  • Previous internship or experience in an office setting.
  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
