We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Nashville, TN, 37209, for our off-shift operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations and provide support to employees on various HR-related inquiries.
- Manage and implement labor management systems to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Administer workers’ compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitate Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes and maintain accurate records.
- Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, workplace safety, and employee benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor management systems and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with workers’ compensation and FMLA regulations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of workplace safety and EHS management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
