HR Generalist (In-Office)

Peerless Chain, North America’s largest chain maker with over 100 years of history, is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and deliver a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations, employee relations, and HRIS
• Assist with benefits, recruiting, and onboarding and backup payroll.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide employee support

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of HR experience or equivalent Education/Training/Experience
• HR certification preferred
• HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and people skills
• Payroll, Employee Engagement or union experience is a plus
