## Responsibilities

• Set up and operate HP Indigo digital presses to produce high-quality printed materials.

• Monitor print quality throughout the production process, making adjustments as necessary.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.

• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and specifications.

• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including materials used and job specifications.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the printing process.

• Assist in training new team members on press operation and best practices.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in printing technology is a plus.

• Previous experience operating HP Indigo presses or similar digital printing equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

• Basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation.
