Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HP digital presses to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Monitor print runs for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the printing process.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
• Previous experience operating digital printing equipment, preferably HP models.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with print production software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet production demands.
