Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of living for residents.
- Assist in the preparation of housing units for new residents, including cleaning and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance or repair work, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
