Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of living for residents.
• Assist in the preparation of housing units for new residents, including cleaning and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance or repair work, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
