Summary:
The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional office environment, ensuring all workspaces, common areas, restrooms, and break rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
General Cleaning Duties
- Dust furniture, office equipment, fixtures, and decorative items.
- Clean and polish furniture and other office fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
Building Common Areas
- Clean and maintain entryways, stairwells, hallways, and elevators.
Kitchen & Break Area Maintenance
- Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, and other surfaces.
- Wash, dry, and properly store dishes and utensils.
- Wipe down tables, counters, and chairs to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Restroom Maintenance
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms with necessary supplies.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
Waste Management
- Collect and empty trash receptacles throughout the office.
- Replace liners and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
Floor Care
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Safety & Maintenance
- Follow established procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to management promptly.
Other Duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support overall facility cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
