Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for hospitals and healthcare providers in the region.
• Facilitate smooth transitions of care for patients being referred to our facility.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Conduct regular visits to partner hospitals to promote our services and gather feedback.
• Provide education and resources to healthcare providers regarding our facility’s offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and care continuity.
• Monitor and report on referral patterns and trends to improve service delivery.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance awareness of our healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare liaison role preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and referral processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
