Our company specializes in the wholesale distribution and processing of corrugated and interlocked flexible metal hoses

Hose Assembly Welder:

Shift: 1st shift - 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday - Friday)

$22-$28/hour

Responsibilities:

- Set-up weld equipment

-Prepare hose segments

- Keep stock of filler wire

- Join corrugated hose as required

- Tack and cut interlocked hose

- Perform welds of specified size in planned order of assembly

- Inspect welds for any leaks

This position would be for a manual GTAW welder in the 1gr position on stainless steel hose ranging from 2.5" to 20" in diameter with a wall thickness between 0.015 and 0.035."
