EARN up to $3000/WEEK

Flextrades is hiring Hone/Lap Techs with 4+years recent experience for a 3-9 month contract in CALIFORNIA

• Pay: $48/hr
• 50hrs/week GUARANTEED (OT over 40)
• $45 per diem (tax-free), 7 days a week
• Private hotel accommodations (we handle the booking)
• References Required
• ITAR Documentation Required (Birth Certificate)
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Travel time compensation

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating bore honing, manual bench lap machines.
• Honing equipment is mostly manual older Sunnen horizontal single-spindle machines for bore honing. There are also two semi-automated hones which are used mainly for roughing.
• All hone and lap operations are done post-precision grinding to polish the inside diameter of parts.

Qualifications

• 4+ recent years operating bore honing and manual bench lap machines

• Open to Techs with Precision Grinders with ID, OD, or centerless grinding experience or a skilled vertical Mill Machinist (CNC or Manual).

• Required to have ITAR documentation (Birth Certificate)
